You will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience for sales, customizations, service, and deliveries in the premium electric vehicle sector (specialized in Tesla).
They represent the face of our company and embody our commitment to excellence as brand representatives, helping us achieve our goal of offering top-tier service in the premium electric vehicle industry. In this position, you’ll assist customers from their initial contact—whether they visit in person or book an appointment—through to vehicle handover, handling interactions via both in-person and online channels.
This is an excellent starter opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person who is eager to begin their career in a dynamic, fast-growing company. No extensive experience is required — we value enthusiasm, a fresh mindset, and the willingness to learn more than anything else.
You’ll need a genuine enthusiasm for the brand and a talent for building outstanding customer relationships.
You will combine customer service with marketing & digital tasks, helping us strengthen our online presence and attract more customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Interact confidently with customers as a Nikola Brussels representative, via phone, email, digital platforms, or in person, to handle: appointment scheduling, progress updates, wait-time notifications, and billing details
- Schedule appointments, provide progress updates, handle billing, and manage vehicle handovers
- Guide customers during deliveries and explain vehicle features in a clear and enthusiastic way
- Keep the showroom organized and professional, while maintaining an organized parking area
- Keep our website and online platforms up to date, organized and professional and take pictures of stock vehicles for these platforms.
- Support marketing activities: create attractive content for Instagram, Facebook, and our website
- Oversee the stock vehicles, conducting inspections for damage upon arrival, identifying needed maintenance, and ensuring vehicles are cleaned by our detailers.
- Conduct test drives, promoting customizations and helping drive additional revenue opportunities
- Handle walk-in appointments and unexpected issues efficiently to support seamless workshop operations
- Develop a solid knowledge of Tesla products and services to carry out basic visual checks, diagnose simple issues, and accurately enter repair details into our systems
- Collaborate closely with colleagues (including technicians) to ensure vehicles to the highest standards
- Handle walk-in appointments and unexpected issues efficiently
What You Bring

- Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, while keeping a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication abilities and skill in building positive relationships with customers and team members
- Comfort working collaboratively in a team to reach shared objectives
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and initiative-driven approach
- Tech-savvy, with quick adaptability to new tools, software, and technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent communication, reading, and writing in English, Dutch and French
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must maintain this)
- Legal right to live and work in Belgium
